The location was nice with a bus stop next door to the accommodation. The restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner, we ordered delicious dishes. The view of the mountain from the window was unbelievable, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Decent size and updated room with gorgeous view of the mountain. Free breakfast and a huge variety of goodies. Location - great and decent, so close to a Fresh Market and Starbucks and downtown area and supermarkets.

This hotel was beautifully restored and original in every respect, had excellent co-operating staff with the service and presentation of the venue and the staff. I greatly enjoyed the favourable and absolutely perfect position of the hotel.

Updated room with spacious bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Great and gorgeous location in a downtown area next to movie theater, grocery stores, liquor store, and loads of restaurants as well as all the ski areas and main street, park city.

The venue was in a central location short walk to a bus terminal, the mountain, and a free Park City bus stop. Had tea and goodies at Element Kitchen & Bakery, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, right next to a supermarket and close to all the attractions. The service was exceptional - we had access to amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry which made our stay extra comfortable. The room was spacious and well-equipped with essential amenities from heating and air conditioning to a kitchenette with cookware and utensils, a flat-screen TV and a terrace with garden furniture. The hotel staff were friendly and presented themselves very well.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to experience. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and updated.

Ice hotel. Clean rooms. Near enough to Park City downtown to walk (1 mile). Also well situated to easily head to Olympic Village, Deer Village and other ski slopes and activities..all without the congestion of nearby rack'em and stack'em high priced condos/resorts. Good value for the money. Also has restaurant on site.

We loved the room it was a surprise after reading the negative reviews. We had a King Suite. Room 127 was in the basement of the hotel on the dark side in room but plenty of lamps to light it up. No leaking faucets as people complained about had a fridge and microwave in the room with a pull out couch. It was roomy to say the least. Very happy overall. Free shuttle to middle of town and back shuttle right across the street..

The location of the hotel is great, as it is conveniently situated right next to a grocery store with a Starbucks. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as the dated decor and old-fashioned halogen lights, may not be to everyone's taste.

The pool area was nice. The rate was good.

The room was too dark to work. The swamp cooler fan was too high.

Clean bathroom, and the room was also ok (good beds, tv)

The air condition is a little loud, and I think it is time to change the carpets of the hotel (maybe for wood?? Carpets are never a good solution)
